An earth cutting method for an earth discharge slope of a deep foundation pit comprises the following construction procedures that firstly, preparation work before construction is conducted; secondly, a base is excavated, wherein excavation of a soil discharging slope is conducted after other parts of the foundation pit are constructed to the base; step 3, detecting the excavated ramp; step 4, excavating in layers and stages, and excavating earthwork 5m below the earth surface of the soil discharge ramp by adopting a common excavator; fifthly, concrete is sprayed between anchor rod waist beam piles for construction and maintenance, meanwhile, earthwork is transferred to the soil discharging slope, and sixthly, a long-arm hook machine is used for excavation 5-12 m below the earth surface; and step 7, same as the step 5 in working procedure, concrete is sprayed between anchor rod waist beam piles for construction and maintenance, meanwhile, earthwork is transferred to the soil discharging slope, a common excavator, a long-arm excavator and a small excavator are adopted to be matched with a foundation pit supporting structure for construction, simultaneous excavation is conducted according to the slopes with different depths, the engineering construction progress can be accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved. And idling of mechanical equipment is reduced.
