The invention discloses a connecting structure of a temporary concrete pile column and a support and a construction method.The connecting structure comprises the temporary concrete pile column, an embedded steel plate serving as a connecting foundation is arranged in the temporary concrete pile column, and the embedded steel plate is connected with the concrete support through a concrete support connecting assembly; the pre-embedded steel plate is connected with the steel support steel straining beam through the steel support connecting assembly; the construction method comprises the following steps: constructing the enclosure structure, the dewatering well and the temporary concrete piles; the foundation pit is excavated to the position below the concrete supports, and the concrete supports are arranged and connected with the temporary concrete piles; the foundation pit continues to be excavated to the position below the steel supporting and steel straining beams, and the steel supporting and steel straining beams are arranged and connected with the temporary concrete piles; excavating the foundation pit to the bottom of the foundation pit, and then constructing a main body structure; and the concrete supports, the steel support steel tie beams and the temporary concrete piles are cut off. The span reduction problem of the support is achieved, funds are saved compared with construction of steel pipe columns, and the method is safer and more feasible compared with construction of latticed columns.
