The foundation pit top beam reinforcing method comprises the steps that a steel bar protection layer at the top of an existing top beam is chiseled away till a first main bar of the existing top beam is exposed, and a main body supporting structure is welded to the first main bar; a plurality of vertical reinforcing steel bars are implanted into the top of the existing crown beam, a plurality of second main reinforcing steel bars are laid to define a cavity, and the main body supporting structure and the vertical reinforcing steel bars are located in the cavity; and concrete is poured into the cavity, and the heightened crown beam is formed. The main body supporting structure is fixed to the top of the existing crown beam and located in the cavity formed by the second main reinforcements, under the cooperation of the vertical reinforcements, the shear bearing capacity of the existing crown beam can be improved, the construction structural strength requirement of the heightened crown beam is guaranteed, the construction efficiency can be improved through the main body supporting structure in the cavity, and the construction cost is reduced. The method has the advantages of rapid forming, firm reinforcement, safety and economy, and can achieve expected effects; compared with a traditional cross section enlarging reinforcing method, the method has the advantages that the influence on the soil body is small, and only the covering soil on the top of the existing crown beam needs to be cleaned.
本发明涉及一种基坑冠梁加固方法及加固结构,其包括:凿除既有冠梁顶部的钢筋保护层,直至露出既有冠梁的第一主筋,并在第一主筋上焊接主体支撑结构;在既有冠梁顶部植入多个竖向钢筋,并敷设多个第二主筋围成空腔,使主体支撑结构和竖向钢筋位于空腔内;向空腔内浇筑混凝土,形成接高冠梁。通过主体支撑结构固定在既有冠梁顶部,位于第二主筋形成的空腔内,在竖向钢筋的配合下,能提高既有冠梁抗剪承载力,也保证了接高冠梁施工结构强度要求,通过空腔内的主体支撑结构能够提高施工效率,具有快速成型、加固牢固、安全经济的优点,能够达到预期效果;相对于传统加大截面加固方法,具有对土体造成影响小,仅需清理既有冠梁顶部覆土即可的优点。
