The reinforced concrete baffle is located on the water facing side of the front cast-in-place pile row, and the upper end of the reinforced concrete baffle is connected with the reinforced concrete bottom plate. At least one row of drainage pipes are pre-buried in the reinforced concrete wall body; the drainage pipe is obliquely arranged downwards along the water facing side and communicates with the two sides of the reinforced concrete wall body. Inverted filter bags in one-to-one correspondence with the rows of drainage pipes are arranged on the backwater side of the reinforced concrete wall body; the inverted filter bag is pressed on the reinforced concrete wall body by filling soil on the backwater side of the reinforced concrete wall body, so that water in the filling soil is filtered to the drainage pipe to be discharged, the situation that the water level of the filling soil on the back of the wall body is too high to form too large pore water pressure is prevented, and therefore the use safety of the retaining wall is improved.
