The invention discloses a building foundation reinforcing device which comprises a concrete rolling equipment body located in the center of the whole equipment, a pushing handle is arranged on one side of the concrete rolling equipment body, and two sets of rolling columns are arranged at the bottom end of the concrete rolling equipment body. A hopper-shaped feeding hopper is arranged at the top end of the concrete rolling equipment body, a cylindrical discharging hopper communicated with the feeding hopper is arranged at the bottom end of the concrete rolling equipment body, and two driving mechanisms are symmetrically arranged in the concrete rolling equipment body with the feeding hopper as the center. The two driving mechanisms are connected with guide mechanisms, the upper ends and the lower ends of the guide mechanisms are connected with cleaning mechanisms for scraping and cleaning the feeding hopper and the discharging hopper, and the side walls of the driving mechanisms are connected with moving mechanisms. The cleaning mechanism is arranged in the device, the outer walls of the feeding hopper and the discharging hopper can be cleaned in all directions, the cleanliness of the feeding hopper and the discharging hopper is kept, and meanwhile workers can select the cleaning position according to needs.
