The invention relates to the technical field of frame structure construction, in particular to a full-fabricated frame structure for a low multi-story building, which comprises a prefabricated column, a prefabricated beam, a prefabricated SP plate and a prefabricated wall plate. The invention further provides a construction method of the full-fabricated frame structure for the low multi-story building. The construction method comprises the following steps that column-foundation and column-column connection of the prefabricated columns is conducted; the precast beams are connected with the joints of the precast columns; the prefabricated SP plates are connected with joints of the prefabricated beams; and the prefabricated wall panel is connected with the node of the prefabricated beam. Full assembly of the frame structure is achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, all the components are prefabricated components, factory prefabrication can be achieved, and more energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved while the quality is guaranteed.
