The attached type lifting scaffold comprises a guide rail assembly and a scaffold body assembly, the guide rail assembly comprises a guide rail frame, and a plurality of floor stopping rods are arranged on the guide rail frame; a lifting device is arranged on the inner vertical rod, the frame body structure comprises a frame body plate, and outer vertical rods and inner vertical rods are arranged on the frame body plate in groups; connecting rods are arranged at the upper ends of the outer vertical rods and the inner vertical rods; a reinforcing device is arranged between the inner vertical rod and the outer vertical rod; an anti-falling frame is arranged below the lifting machine; the anti-falling frame is rotationally connected with a detection rod; a detection groove is slidably connected to the anti-falling frame, a detection block is slidably connected into the detection groove, and a detection chain is fixedly connected to the lower section of the detection block. The speed reduction assembly comprises a speed reduction frame, and a speed reduction top block is slidably connected to the speed reduction frame. Top plates are arranged on the two sides, corresponding to the deceleration top blocks, of the deceleration frame, springs are arranged between the deceleration top blocks and the top plates on the same side of the guide rail frame, and limiting holes synchronously moving with the detection chain are formed in the limiting plates. One purpose of the invention is to provide a protection measure when the whole structure is out of control and falls.
