The speed reduction assembly comprises a speed reduction frame, and a speed reduction top block is slidably connected to the speed reduction frame. Top plates are arranged on the two sides, corresponding to the deceleration top blocks, of the deceleration frame, springs are arranged between the deceleration top blocks and the top plates on the same side of the guide rail frame, and limiting holes synchronously moving with the detection chain are formed in the limiting plates. One purpose of the invention is to provide a protection measure when the whole structure is out of control and falls.
