The invention provides an adjustable pipe truss assembling and supporting jig frame which comprises a plurality of supporting assemblies, a plurality of supporting assemblies, a plurality of supporting assemblies and a plurality of supporting assemblies, and the lower ends of the supporting assemblies are arranged on the upper surface of a main beam at intervals; a plurality of collet secondary beams are arranged between the main beams at intervals; the upper end of the supporting assembly is used for erecting an upper chord for supporting the pipe truss; and the upper surface of the collet secondary beam is used for supporting or erecting a lower chord of the supporting pipe truss. The supporting jig frame is used for solving the problem that in the splicing or assembling process of different trusses, different supporting jig frames need to be used for supporting, and consequently the number of the supporting jig frames is large; the situation that a supporting jig frame designed by the supporting frame is not used after being used in the assembling and supporting process of trusses with special height sizes is avoided, and the situation that waste is caused due to the fact that a structural support cannot adapt to assembling of other trusses after being used is further avoided.
本发明提供一种可调式管桁架拼装支撑胎架,包括:支撑组件,所述支撑组件设有多个,各所述支撑组件的下端分别间隔设置在主梁的上表面;所述主梁设有多个,各所述主梁之间间隔设置多个底托次梁;所述支撑组件的上端用于架设支撑管桁架的上弦;所述底托次梁的上表面用于支撑或架设支撑管桁架的下弦。本发明用以解决在不同桁架拼装或组装过程中需要用不同的支撑胎架进行支撑而导致支撑胎架繁多的情况;避免了支撑架在一些特殊高度尺寸的桁架在拼装支撑过程中所设计的支撑胎架在使用完就不再使用的情况,进一步避免了结构支架在使用后无法适应其他桁架拼装而造成浪费的情况。
