The invention provides a concrete embedded part positioning device and a using method thereof.The positioning device comprises a clamping mechanism, the clamping mechanism is used for clamping and positioning an embedded part, a positioning mechanism is arranged on at least one side of the clamping mechanism, the clamping mechanism is connected with an aluminum formwork through the positioning mechanism, and the positioning mechanism comprises a connecting plate and an embedded threaded sleeve; a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the connecting plate, the connecting holes are detachably connected with through holes in the ends of the aluminum formworks, a horizontal supporting plate is fixed to the upper end of the connecting plate, a plurality of conical bases are fixed to the upper end of the horizontal supporting plate in the transverse direction, and the conical bases are connected with the embedded threaded sleeves through lower threaded rods; and the pre-embedded threaded sleeve is connected with the clamping mechanism through an upper threaded rod. The connecting plates are connected with the through holes in the ends of the aluminum formworks, holes do not need to be formed in the aluminum formworks, and follow-up turnover use of the aluminum formworks is facilitated.
本发明提出了一种混凝土预埋件的定位装置及其使用方法,所述定位装置包括夹持机构,夹持机构用于预埋件的夹持定位,夹持机构至少一侧设置有定位机构,夹持机构通过定位机构与铝模板相连,定位机构包括连接板和预埋螺纹套筒,连接板上开设有若干个连接孔,连接孔与铝模板的端部通孔可拆卸相连,连接板的上端固定有水平支板,水平支板的上端沿横向固定有若干个锥形座,锥形座与预埋螺纹套筒之间通过下螺纹杆相连,预埋螺纹套筒与夹持机构之间通过上螺纹杆相连。本发明通过连接板与铝模板端部的通孔相连,无需在铝模板上开孔,便于铝模板后续的周转使用。
