The adjusting mechanism is arranged on the base frame, and the cleaning mechanism is arranged on the mounting seat, so that when a building wall with an uneven surface is encountered, the wall with a convex or concave structure is leveled and cleaned by the two cleaning discs which rotate in a staggered manner, and the wall with a non-convex or concave structure is leveled and cleaned by the scraper of which the extending position is adjusted; the complete and consistent cleaning of the building wall body with the uneven surface is ensured; when an indoor flat building wall is cleaned, the device performs cleaning action in a horizontal state, after the cleaning disc touches a skirting line area, under the elastic action of the spring, the cleaning disc can buffer in the direction close to the center of the positioning frame, and in cooperation with subsequent further scraping of a scraper, complete cleaning of a wall surface coating is achieved; and the situation that the skirting line is broken in the cleaning process can be avoided.
