Semi-automatic hole grouting device
The invention provides a semi-automatic hole grouting device which is used for grouting construction of wall holes. Comprising a grouting opening, a conveying pipe, an outer sleeve, a rotating mandrel and a driving motor. The outer sleeve is provided with a cavity, the grouting opening is formed in the first side wall of the outer sleeve, and the conveying pipe is arranged on the second side wall of the outer sleeve. The rotating mandrel is arranged in the cavity, one end of the rotating mandrel is close to the grouting opening, and the other end of the rotating mandrel extends outwards to penetrate through the third side wall of the outer sleeve and is connected with the driving motor. Spiral blades are arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotating core shaft; a grouting pipe is arranged at the grouting opening; a driving hood is arranged on the outer side of the driving motor, a handle is arranged on the outer wall of the outer sleeve or the outer wall of the driving hood, and an access hole is formed in the second side wall. By arranging the driving motor, slurry flows out more smoothly, and the plugging efficiency is improved; the grouting device can be started and closed at any time, and use is more flexible; the structure is simple, maintenance is convenient, and machining cost is low.
