The invention relates to an outer wall screw hole blocking construction method which comprises the steps that when a prefabricated concrete outer wall is prepared, a conical sleeve is pre-buried, the large-caliber side of the sleeve faces outwards, and the small-caliber side of the sleeve faces inwards; during plugging construction, chambering is conducted from the outer side, and a sleeve in a wall is removed; and the hole is blocked after waterproof mortar is wrapped with a prefabricated concrete circular truncated cone block. Compared with a traditional outer wall screw hole plugging mode, the method can ensure the filling depth and compactness in the hole, and the problems of cracking and leakage in the later period are greatly reduced. Compared with a traditional outer wall screw hole blocking mode, the method is simple and rapid in construction procedure, short in consumed time and capable of shortening the construction period and improving the construction efficiency. Compared with a polystyrene foam filling material, the prefabricated concrete block is high in strength and good in durability, has the same service life as the structure, has the same shape as an outer wall screw hole, and can generate certain pre-tightening force.
本发明涉及一种外墙螺杆洞封堵施工方法,制备预制混凝土外墙时：预埋锥形套管，套管大口径侧向外，小口径侧向内；封堵施工时：自外侧扩孔并将墙内的套管剔除；采用预制混凝土圆台块包裹防水砂浆后封堵孔洞。本发明相较于传统外墙螺杆洞封堵方式，本方法可确保孔内填充深度及密实性，大大减少后期开裂渗漏的问题。相较于传统外墙螺杆洞封堵方式，本方法施工工序简单快捷，耗时较短，可节约施工工期、提升建造效率。相较于发泡胶填充材料，预制混凝土块强度高、耐久性好，与结构同寿命，且其形状与外墙螺杆洞相同，能产生一定的预紧力。
