Repair method of cooling water tower
The invention relates to a method for repairing a cooling water tower. The method at least comprises the following steps: S1, repairing a leakage point: (1) determining the leakage point; (2) digging a leakage point, and cleaning impurities in a hole formed after digging; (3) filling and plugging holes formed by digging with waterproof slurry; s2, repairing the inner wall: (1) cleaning the inner wall of the water tower; (2) the abraded and lost part of the inner wall of the water tower is coated with a repairing material so that the inner wall of the water tower can be repaired to be smooth; s3, the water spraying component is maintained and replaced; and S4, anti-corrosion treatment is conducted, specifically, anti-corrosion construction is conducted on the inner wall of the water tower, water spraying components and inclined struts. The inner wall and the outer wall of the cooling water tower are both cleaned and repaired, the selected materials are repairing materials consistent with the physical and chemical properties of concrete, and the inner wall of the cooling water tower is subjected to anti-corrosion construction treatment, so that the impermeability of the concrete is improved, and the water absorption rate of the concrete is reduced to reduce the invasion of water vapor, weathering and freeze thawing; the use durability of the concrete is improved.
