The invention discloses a deep foundation pit steel-concrete combined inner support dismantling construction method which comprises the following steps that a temporary support is placed below a reinforced concrete support in a foundation pit, and the reinforced concrete support is dismantled in a static cutting mode and hoisted to a temporary stacking position; unloading the pre-applied axial force of the profile steel support step by step, cutting off the profile steel support from the vertical enclosure structure in a gas cutting mode, and hoisting the profile steel support to a temporary stacking position; and the middle partition wall structure is demolished layer by layer from top to bottom by adopting a demolition method which mainly adopts static cutting demolition and takes mechanical demolition as an auxiliary demolition method. According to the method, the deep foundation pit steel-concrete combined inner support dismantling process is optimized, static cutting is adopted for dismantling the concrete support, the top beam pit dividing diaphragm wall and the middle partition wall, the influence of vibration on the surrounding environment is reduced, construction safety is guaranteed, and the method has high popularization value.
本发明公开了一种深基坑钢‑混组合内支撑拆除施工方法,包括以下步骤:在基坑内钢筋混凝土支撑下放置临时支撑,采用静力切割方式拆除钢筋混凝土支撑并吊装至临时堆放位置;逐级卸载型钢支撑的预加轴力,并采用气割方式将型钢支撑从竖向围护结构上割除,并吊装至临时堆放位置;采用以静力切割拆除为主、机械破拆为辅的拆除方法按照自上而下的顺序逐层拆除中隔墙结构。本发明优化了深基坑钢‑混组合内支撑拆除工艺,采用静力切割对凝土支撑、冠梁分坑地连墙及中隔壁墙拆除,降低了振动对周边环境的影响,保证了施工安全,具有较高的推广价值。
