The metal wire is wound and bound in the length direction of the stay cable along with the circumferential rotation of the base around the stay cable; the stay cable bottom iron wire binding device can achieve rapid binding of the stay cable bottom iron wire, improve the operation efficiency, guarantee the binding effect and reduce potential risks.
