The device comprises a rectangular frame body, a shading assembly is installed in the rectangular frame body, a sensing assembly is installed on the outer side of the rectangular frame body, a controller is fixedly connected to the interior of the rectangular frame body, the sensing assembly is electrically connected with the controller, and an adjusting sliding groove is formed in the inner side of the rectangular frame body. According to the device, firstly, the adjusting assembly is driven by the rotating moving assembly to be matched with the adjusting sliding block, the sensing assembly is arranged to be matched with the controller to control the adjusting assembly to drive the adjusting sliding block to move in the length direction of the adjusting sliding groove, and then the adjusting transmission rod is arranged to be matched with the extrusion rod and the abutting rod for use; and the extrusion rod pushes the abutting rod to drive the shading assembly to rotate around the hinge shaft, so that the inclination angle of the shading assembly can be automatically adjusted in real time, and the harm of ultraviolet rays to the skin of people is effectively reduced.
