The invention discloses a hydraulic turnover acousto-optic suspension device which comprises an X-shaped foundation frame, and steel plate trusses are installed on the four faces of the foundation frame. The base frame and the steel plate trusses on the four sides form a lamplight frame base. A turnover vertical truss is hinged to the middle of the X-shaped foundation frame, and a vertical truss turnover bearing frame is installed on the side face of the vertical truss. The vertical truss overturning weighing frame is connected with the foundation frame through a hydraulic overturning oil cylinder. The multi-layer lamplight placing frame is mounted on the lamplight placing frame mounting frame through a lamplight placing frame lifting motor and a lifting chain; a plurality of lamplight frame ground height adjusters are arranged at the bottom of the basic frame; and a hydraulic oil tank for supplying oil to the hydraulic turnover oil cylinder and a generator for supplying power are also arranged on the basic frame. According to the device, the requirements of activities on sites are reduced, the requirements of customers can be better met, and the activity purpose is better achieved; a power supply and a hydraulic system are arranged, so that the construction workload is reduced.
