There is described an articulated joint for connecting an outer housing frame member to an inner housing frame member, the articulated joint comprising: an outer housing associated with the outer housing frame member, the outer housing having an elongate seat disposed between opposing sidewalls and a hinge pin supported by each of the sidewalls; the inner housing is associated with an inner housing frame member, the inner housing is at least partially receivable on the elongated seat of the outer housing, the hinge pin is operably located in a hinge pin guide of the inner housing, the hinge pin guide has a locking guide portion and an unlocking guide portion, and the locking guide portion and the unlocking guide portion are connected to each other. Movement of the outer housing is associated with movement of the hinge pin in the hinge guide of the inner housing. A frame comprising a plurality of frame members connected by the articulated joints is also described.
