The invention provides a carbon fiber yarn modification method and a modified carbon fiber yarn. The method comprises the following steps: providing a cement pore solution; carbon fibers and a cathode are provided, the carbon fiber bundle serves as an anode to be connected with the positive electrode of a direct-current power source, the cathode is connected with the negative electrode of the direct-current power source, and the carbon fibers and the cathode are both immersed in the cement pore solution; starting a direct-current power supply, and carrying out anodic oxidation treatment on the carbon fibers; and washing and drying the product subjected to anodic oxidation treatment to obtain the modified carbon fiber yarn. The interface bonding strength between the carbon fibers and the cement-based matrix can be enhanced, and the tensile strength of the material is improved.
本发明提供一种碳纤维纱线改性方法和改性碳纤维纱线,所述方法包括:提供水泥孔隙溶液;提供碳纤维和阴极,将所述碳纤维束作为阳极与直流电源的正极相连,将所述阴极与直流电源的负极相连,并将所述碳纤维和所述阴极均浸入所述水泥孔隙溶液中;开启直流电源,进行所述碳纤维的阳极氧化处理;将阳极氧化处理后的产物进行水洗并干燥,得到改性碳纤维纱线。本发明能够增强碳纤维与水泥基基质之间的界面结合强度,提高材料的抗拉强度。
