Ultrahigh-durability concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides ultrahigh-durability concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete and resource recycling. The ultrahigh-durability concrete provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 19.66 to 21 percent of a cementing material, 72 to 73 percent of aggregate, 0.02 to 0.06 percent of a water reducing agent and the balance of water, the cementing material comprises cement, stainless steel slag and mineral powder; the mass of the stainless steel slag accounts for 20-30% of the total mass of the cementing material; the water-binder ratio of the concrete with the ultrahigh durability is 0.37 to 0.40. The ultrahigh-durability concrete provided by the invention not only has ultrahigh durability, but also has the strength grade of C50, and is low in chloride ion permeability, good in permeability resistance and free of the risk of heavy metal dissolution; and meanwhile, harmless treatment of the stainless steel slag can be efficiently achieved.
本发明提供了一种超高耐久性的混凝土及其制备方法,属于混凝土及资源再利用技术领域。本发明提供的超高耐久性的混凝土,由包括如下质量百分比的原料制备而成:胶凝材料19.66~21%,骨料72~73%,减水剂0.02~0.06%和余量水;所述胶凝材料包括水泥、不锈钢渣和矿粉;所述不锈钢渣的质量占胶凝材料总质量的20~30%;所述超高耐久性的混凝土的水胶比为0.37~0.40。本发明提供的超高耐久性的混凝土不仅具有超高耐久性,还具有C50的强度等级,且氯离子渗透率低,抗渗透性好,不存在重金属溶出风险;同时还能够高效实现对不锈钢渣的无害化处理。
