The invention discloses durable anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1060 to 1150 parts of coarse aggregate, 600 to 680 parts of fine aggregate, 310 to 400 parts of cement, 50 to 70 parts of fly ash, 70 to 90 parts of mineral powder, 140 to 160 parts of water, 4 to 9 parts of water reducing agent and 24 to 32 parts of maleic anhydride grafted epoxy silane oligomer, the epoxy silane oligomer is a hydrolytic polymerization product of an epoxy silane compound. An epoxy group contained in the maleic anhydride grafted epoxy silane oligomer is a hydrophobic group, so that the waterproofness of the aggregate can be remarkably improved, and water molecules are effectively blocked, thereby inhibiting an alkali-aggregate reaction; the carboxyl group introduced by the grafted maleic anhydride can effectively reduce the alkali content in the concrete, is in favor of forming a cross-linked network structure, obstructs the water absorption effect of the concrete, and improves the strength and crack resistance of the concrete.
