The invention discloses a construction technology of a curing-free water-stabilized base. The construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, a lower bearing layer is prepared; s2, measuring and setting out; s3, mixing of the mixed material, wherein the cement stabilized macadam is intensively mixed in a mixing station, and a full-automatic batching stabilized soil mixing machine is adopted as a mixing machine; the mixture comprises a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent and an early strength agent; s4, conveying the mixture; s5, paving: continuously paving by a paving machine; if the production capacity of the mixer is relatively low, paving at the lowest speed when the paver is used for paving the mixture, and prohibiting the paver from stopping to wait for the mixture; the paving speed of the paver is generally 1m/min; and S6, rolling compaction: rolling compaction is carried out by following a three-wheel or double-steel-wheel road roller, a vibratory road roller and a pneumatic tire roller behind each paver, and the length of rolling compaction at a time is 50-80 m. According to the invention, the mixture comprises a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent and an early strength agent; through the expansion effect of the reagent, the paved pavement can be used without curing.
