The horizontal moving device is arranged on the lifting device, and the chiseling mechanism and the moving mechanism are arranged on the horizontal moving device at intervals; a telescopic mechanism, an auxiliary motor and a mold cylinder assembly are installed on the moving mechanism, the auxiliary motor is slidably connected with the moving mechanism, the output end of the auxiliary motor is in rolling fit with the telescopic mechanism, the output end of the telescopic mechanism is connected with one end of the mold cylinder assembly, and the other end of the mold cylinder assembly is used for sealing an anchor rod. After anchor sealing is finished, the telescopic mechanism is in rolling fit with the auxiliary motor, so that the mold cylinder assembly is conveniently separated from the anchor sealing position, and the automation effect of the device is improved; and the mold cylinder assembly can seal the anchor on the end wall or the anchor recess of the box girder, so that the applicability of the device is improved.
