According to the embodiment, the device is used for pulling the tubular pile, the fixed clamping base and the movable clamping base can draw close to each other to clamp the tubular pile in a single transverse hydraulic driving mode, deformation of the tubular pile is restrained through the evenly-distributed clamping teeth, and the method is simple in structure, stable in clamping and easy to control.
