The transverse groove body is in a form that the upper part is narrow and the lower part is widened, and is reinforced by groove body steel bars; a reinforced concrete layer and a reinforcing mesh are laid on the two sides of the transverse groove body, and the reinforced concrete layer is connected with the tunnel bottom plate main body structure through annular connecting steel bars; a drainage grate cover plate is arranged on the top face of the transverse groove body, and the two sides of the drainage grate cover plate are connected with the drainage grate base through fixing bolts. A safety buckle is arranged on the bottom face of the drainage grate cover plate and used for being meshed with the drainage grate base. According to the method, the structural form of the transverse ditch is optimized, the mechanical property of concrete on the two sides is enhanced, the situation that the drainage grate cover plate jumps up when fixing measures are damaged is avoided, the safety and reliability of the drainage grate fixing mode are effectively improved, and higher abrasion resistance, durability and impact resistance of the tunnel transverse ditch are achieved.
