The invention discloses a negative pressure ward with a quick-mounting structure, which comprises a negative pressure ward, an exhaust box and an exhaust pipe, and is characterized in that the negative pressure ward is composed of side plates, a top plate, a bottom plate, a rear plate and a front plate; when the negative pressure ward is assembled, the two top plates and the two bottom plates can deflect with the hinges as the axes by pulling the side plates towards the two sides till the two top plates and the two bottom plates form a straight line, then the front plate and the rear plate are turned over, positioning among the front plate, the rear plate and the side plates is achieved through the first locking bolts, and therefore assembling of the negative pressure ward can be completed; by means of the operation, the negative pressure ward can be quickly assembled, disassembled and folded, the problems that the building speed is low, time and labor are wasted during transportation and movement, and flexibility is insufficient are solved, and therefore the use requirement can be met.
