Integrated intelligent conservation robot for desert plants
The invention provides an integrated intelligent conservation robot for desert plants. The integrated intelligent conservation robot comprises five main devices including a ditching device, a seeding device, a discharging device, a laying device and a spraying device. The ditching device is used for ploughing a furrow in a sand land through a ditching plough, the sowing device is used for scattering psammophyte seeds into the furrow, the discharging device is used for stripping grass rolls in a single-layer mode and conveying the grass rolls to the laying device, the laying device is used for inserting and pressing a straw mat through a disc type grass pressing wheel, sandy soil is backfilled through a soil covering wheel to reinforce the straw mat, and the spraying device is used for spraying chemical sand fixing materials. The sand stabilization effect is enhanced. According to the device, full-automatic straw mat roll single-layer stripping and discharging are achieved, ditching is conducted firstly, then laying is conducted, soil covering is conducted finally, the straw mat inserting depth is increased, the device is provided with a field trafficability vehicle chassis, an engineering-biological-chemical combined desertification control mode is achieved through combined operation of all the devices, the labor intensity is relieved, the desertification control efficiency is improved, and contribution is provided for desertification control.
本发明提供了一种集成式沙漠植物智能保育机器人,其包括开沟装置、播种装置、出料装置、铺设装置、喷洒装置等五个主要装置。开沟装置用开沟犁在沙地中犁出一道垄沟,播种装置将沙生植物种子撒入沟中,出料装置将草卷单层剥离并输送到给铺设装置,铺设装置利用圆盘式压草轮对草席进行插压,并用覆土轮回填沙土加固草席,喷洒装置喷洒化学固沙材料,增强固沙效果。本发明实现全自动草席卷单层剥离、出料、先开沟再铺设最后覆土加深草席插设深度、拥有野外通过性车辆底盘、通过各装置的联合作业实现了“工程—生物—化学”联合治沙模式,减轻了劳动强度,提高了治沙效率,为沙漠治理贡献力量。
