The invention provides a method for preparing a sintered brick by using laterite-nickel ore high-pressure acid leaching smelting tailings and the sintered brick, and the method comprises the following steps: S10, mixing the laterite-nickel ore high-pressure acid leaching smelting tailings subjected to filter pressing with an additive to obtain a mixture, adding a certain amount of water into the mixture, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed slurry, and sintering the mixed slurry in a sintering furnace to obtain the sintered brick; then pressing the mixed slurry into a green brick; s20, aging the green brick subjected to compression molding for a period of time; s30, the aged green bricks are dried; and S40, firing the dried green brick into a sintered brick. According to the method, the laterite-nickel ore high-pressure acid leaching smelting tailings and additives are prepared according to a certain proportion and then sintered into bricks, and resource utilization of the laterite-nickel ore high-pressure acid leaching smelting tailings can be achieved.
