Slow-release type anti-freezing agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a slow-release type anti-freezing agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-freezing agent comprises the following components: a gap material, snow melting salt, a surfactant and a solvent, the void material is zeolite powder, the snow melting salt is sodium chloride, and the surfactant is coconut oil monoethanolamide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) preparing materials and equipment; b) drying the void material; c) preparing a snow melting salt solution; d) performing air exhaust and pressure reduction on the void material; e) injecting a snow melting salt solution; (f) preparing a salt-containing carrier; g), dissolving the surface active agent; h) adding a salt-containing carrier; and i) preparing the anti-freezing agent. According to the slow-release type anti-freezing agent and the preparation method and application thereof, compared with an existing anti-freezing agent, the coco fatty acid monoethanolamide has the best wrapping effect on the salt-containing carrier, release of snow-melting salt in the salt-containing carrier can be better slowed down, the release speed of the snow-melting salt in the using process of the anti-freezing agent is slowed down, and the anti-freezing effect of the anti-freezing agent is improved. And the long-term anti-freezing effect of the anti-freezing pavement is ensured.
本发明的缓释型抗凝冰剂其制备方法和应用,抗凝冰剂组份包括空隙材料、融雪盐、表面活性剂和溶剂;空隙材料为沸石粉,融雪盐为氯化钠,表面活性剂为椰油酸单乙醇酰胺。制备方法包括:a).备料和设备;b).空隙材料的烘干;c).融雪盐溶液的制备;d).空隙材料的抽气减压;e).融雪盐溶液的注入;f).制得含盐载体;g).表面活性剂的溶解;h).含盐载体的加入;i).制得抗凝冰剂。本发明的缓释型抗凝冰剂及其制备方法和应用,与现有抗凝冰剂相比较,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺对含盐载体的包裹效果最好,更有利于减缓含盐载体中融雪盐的释放,减缓了抗凝冰剂在使用过程中融雪盐的释放速度,保证了抗凝冰路面长期具有抗凝冰效果。
