According to the method, the step type skewback foundation is attached to the mountain foundation, the foundation stress has a better coordination relation in the transverse bridge direction, differential settlement of the foundation can be effectively controlled, stress distribution is optimized, meanwhile, the method can be suitable for different foundation conditions, construction is convenient, and the engineering cost is reduced.
