Shackle and retainer combined sleeve type pier scour prevention device and method
The invention discloses a shackle and retainer combined sleeve type anti-scouring device for a pier. The anti-scouring device comprises a supporting sleeve, an upper protective part, a lower protective part and a protective surrounding ring. The inner circumferential edges of the upper protection piece and the lower protection piece are fixed to the top end and the bottom end of the supporting sleeve respectively. The protective surrounding ring is fixed to the outer circumferential edge of the upper protective piece. In the working process, the supporting sleeve, the upper protection piece and the lower protection piece are arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the pier in a sleeving mode. The upper protection part is used for blocking downward jet flow formed when water flow impacts on the pier, and the protection surrounding ring is used for blocking the jet flow impacted on the upper protection part from flowing to the outer end. The protective surrounding ring is arranged at the edge of the upper protective part and used for blocking water flow flowing along the surface of the upper protective ring, and the situation that jet flow above the upper protective part moves out of the range of the upper protective ring, is affected by water flow below and continues to move downwards, and consequently impact damage is caused to gravel in a riverbed below is avoided.
