Materials such as a wear-resistant elastic layer, a polyurea elastomer, a groove-shaped comb tooth expansion plate and a spring are fully utilized. The groove type comb tooth expansion plate assemblies are anchored on the structure main bodies on the two sides of the bridge expansion joint, the in-groove anchoring device assemblies and the spring device assemblies are arranged in the polyurea elastomer, the two ends of the polyurea elastomer are fixed through the anchoring devices, and vertical deformation of the polyurea elastomer is controlled through the spring device assemblies; and the wear-resistant elastic layer is brushed on the surfaces of the polyurea elastomer and the expansion joint transition area concrete and is flush with the surface of the pavement. Construction is easy, the telescopic deformation function of a telescopic device is reserved, the characteristics of seamless invisibility, noise reduction, water resistance, maintenance-free performance, good durability, driving comfort and the like are achieved, and the deformation amount of the telescopic joint is not limited any more through the spring device assembly.
