The supporting structure for the tunnel anchor under the soft rock stratum condition is characterized in that the supporting structure comprises two rows of anti-slide pile assemblies and a bearing platform (2) arranged above the anti-slide pile assemblies; each anti-slide pile assembly comprises two anti-slide piles (1), and the two anti-slide piles (1) in one anti-slide pile assembly are arranged on the two sides of the tunnel anchor (a) correspondingly. The slide-resistant pile assembly and the bearing platform (2) are both arranged in a mountain and used for supporting loads of the mountain. The invention further provides a construction method of the supporting structure. According to the supporting structure, a system of the anti-slide pile and the bearing platform is utilized, the load and force transmission mode of the mountain body above the tunnel anchor cavern is clear and definite, the reinforcing effect is good, and the stability problem of excavation of the tunnel anchor at the slope toe of the high and steep slope under the complex geological condition is solved.
