The invention provides an anti-overturning swivel spherical hinge which comprises an upper spherical hinge body and a lower spherical hinge body, and the upper spherical hinge body and the lower spherical hinge body are assembled in a spherical surface rotating mode. The cross sections of the matched surfaces of the upper spherical hinge and the lower spherical hinge are omega-shaped, each matched surface comprises a spherical surface and an annular plane extending in the circumferential direction of the spherical surface, and a gap is formed between the annular plane of the upper spherical hinge and the annular plane of the lower spherical hinge. The matching surface of the upper spherical hinge and the lower spherical hinge is an omega-shaped kinematic pair, wherein the spherical surface realizes the horizontal rotation of the anti-overturning spherical hinge. The annular planes additionally extending from the peripheries of the spherical surface edges of the upper spherical hinge and the lower spherical hinge are utilized to form a plane moving kinematic pair structure, when the overturning angle generated by the swivel spherical hinge reaches a design value, the upper annular plane and the lower annular plane of the omega-shaped edge can generate local contact limiting and provide anti-overturning moment, and therefore the swivel T-shaped structure is stopped from continuously overturning; and the rotation process is kept stable.
