One end of each horizontally arranged transverse support rod is vertically and fixedly welded with the middle part of each lifting mechanism; the bottom of each lifting mechanism is supported on the ground; the transverse supporting rod is fixedly connected with the longitudinal supporting beam through a pair of inclined supporting plates arranged in a splayed shape, and the lower side of the longitudinal supporting beam is supported on the ground.
