Threads are arranged on the outer sides of the rockers, the rockers penetrate through the threaded holes to be in threaded connection with the connecting ejector rods, the upper ends of the rockers extend out of the connecting ejector rods to be in threaded connection with the sleeves, the height of the rectangular frame is adjustable through the rockers, on-site splicing of the reinforcement cages is achieved, and the risk that the sediment thickness is increased or holes are collapsed when the reinforcement cages are lowered for splicing is avoided.
