The invention discloses a single pile foundation overhaul auxiliary device and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of offshore wind power single pile foundations. The single pile foundation maintenance auxiliary device comprises an isolation assembly, a first sealing piece and a balance weight, the isolation assembly is annular and comprises a plurality of isolation cabins which are sequentially connected in the circumferential direction, and each isolation cabin comprises a first plate with the inner side used for being connected with a single pile foundation and a second plate which is arranged on the outer side of the first plate and extends in the circumferential direction of the first plate; the isolation assembly is used for forming a cavity with an upward opening on the peripheral side of the single-pile foundation and isolating seawater with the single-pile foundation, the first sealing piece is arranged between the isolation assembly and the single-pile foundation, and the balance weight is arranged on the isolation assembly and used for counteracting buoyancy borne by the isolation assembly in seawater. According to the single-pile foundation overhaul auxiliary device, a cavity for isolating seawater can be formed in the peripheral side of the single-pile foundation, and then an operation environment is provided for detection and repair of the single-pile foundation.
