The device comprises a supporting framework; the height adjusting mechanism is adjustably connected to the supporting framework in the height direction; and the fixing mechanism is connected with the height adjusting mechanism and used for being connected with a guide rail and driving the guide rail to move along with the height adjusting mechanism, so that the guide rail is connected to the fixed position of the fixing mechanism for height position adjustment, leveling of the guide rail is achieved, and then the flatness of the floor is controlled. Through height adjustment of the height adjusting mechanism, the purpose of adjusting the height of a guide rail connecting point is achieved, then the purpose of guide rail leveling is achieved, and therefore the flatness of the horizontal plane formed by the guide rails meets the requirement of a super-fine flat floor. The device is simple in structure, high in integrity, high in adjusting precision, low in construction difficulty, simple in adjusting mode, convenient to operate and easy to operate, and the flatness of the concrete terrace can be greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种地坪可调节式装置及地坪调平方法。该装置包括：支撑骨架；高度调节机构，沿高度方向位置可调地连接于所述支撑骨架上；固定机构，与所述高度调节机构相连接，用于连接导轨，并带动所述导轨随所述高度调节机构进行高度位置，以实现所述导轨连接在固定机构上的固定位置进行高度位置调节，实现导轨的调平，进而控制地坪的平整度。本发明通过高度调节机构的高度调节，达到调节导轨连接点高度的目的，进而实现导轨调平的目的，从而使得导轨形成的水平面平整度达到超精平地坪的要求。该装置结构简易，整体性强，调节精度大，施工难度低，调节方式简单，操作方便，易上手，能够大大提高混凝土地坪的平整度。
