The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses an assembly type building construction technology which comprises the following steps: S1, according to design requirements of constructors, manufacturing prefabricated parts, forming wall connecting preformed holes in external wall panels in the prefabricated parts, drawing construction control lines, and measuring and paying off in an installation site; and S2, prefabricated parts are installed, wallboards of the first layer of building are installed on the manufactured floor layer, then the wallboards are aligned and fixed, concrete is prepared through a pump truck and a concrete vehicle, and then the prepared concrete is poured into the reserved holes. Through cooperation of the crushing structure, the hose and the steering auxiliary structure in the tank body, concrete conveyed into the tank body can be crushed, the situation that when the concrete is conveyed into the tank body, a conveying pipeline is blocked due to the fact that residues appear is prevented, and meanwhile when the device is used, the concrete conveying efficiency can be improved through stirring.
本申请涉及建筑施工技术领域,公开了一种装配式建筑施工工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:按施工人员的设计要求,制作预制构件,在预制构件中的外墙板上设置连墙预留孔,画出施工控制线,在安装现场测量并放线;S2:进行预制构件的安装工作,在制作好的地坪层上安装第一层建筑物的墙板,然后对墙板进行对准与固定,通过泵车混凝车配置混凝土,再向预留孔内灌注配置好的混凝土。通过罐体中的粉碎结构、软管与转向辅助结构的配合,能够将输送进入到内部的混凝土进行粉碎,防止在输入到内部的时候,出现残渣导致会卡住输送的管道,同时通过搅拌能够降低装置在使用的时候,提高传输混凝土的效率。
