In the process that a servo motor drives a transmission shaft and a first bevel gear to rotate, the ventilation and exhaust mechanism and the piston dust falling mechanism can be synchronously driven to operate, so that the ventilation and exhaust mechanism can effectively discharge smoke dust generated in the protective shed in the operation process; and the piston dust falling mechanism can atomize and spray out rainwater stored in the water storage tank in the operation process, and the atomized rainwater is blown by the ventilation and exhaust mechanism, so that the environment around the protective shed can be effectively subjected to dust falling, and the use effect of the engineering construction protective shed is improved. And a guide plate is arranged to be matched with a filter plate, so that rainwater can be filtered and then collected in the water storage tank, and the rainwater stored in the water storage tank can form a heat insulation and cooling layer.
