The invention relates to the technical field of underground garages, in particular to a surrounding lighting and ventilating ecological comprehensive garage which comprises the ground and an underground garage located below the ground, the underground garage is provided with parking spaces and lanes, and a plurality of first channels used for communicating the ground with the underground garage are formed in the peripheral side of the underground garage. A lane is arranged between every two adjacent first channels; therefore, the first channel is in a shape similar to a ring for the underground garage so as to conduct ventilation and lighting on many areas, better ventilation and lighting are achieved, and mechanical ventilation pipelines and lamps can be reduced. Secondly, the first channel is arranged so that overground air and underground air can be exchanged, and the outdoor site can keep constant temperature. And meanwhile, a second planting area is arranged at the bottom of the interior of the first channel of the underground garage, so that light is added to the underground garage, and the environment of the underground garage is adjusted. Therefore, the cost can be reduced, low carbon can be realized, and the concept and development of'carbon reaching peak and carbon neutralization 'are met.
本发明涉及地下车库技术领域，特指一种环绕采光通风的生态综合性车库，包括地面以及位于地面下方的地下车库，且地下车库设置有停车位和车道，所述地下车库周侧开设有若干个并用于连通地面和地下车库的第一通道，且相邻的第一通道之间为车道；因而第一通道对地下车库来说是一个类似环形的形状从而对较多的区域进行通风和采光，进而更好的通风和照明并可减少机械通风管道和灯具；其次第一通道的设置可以让地上和地下空气交换并使室外场地能恒温。同时地下车库在第一通道内的底部设置有第二种植区，从而给地下车库增加了光彩，并对地下车库的环境进行了调整。因而本发明可降低成本并实现低碳，即符合“碳达峰、碳中和”理念与发展。
