The invention discloses a mechanical hole-forming method for drilling and excavating a rectangular pile with a haunched horizontal cantilever in a chambering step-by-step manner, which comprises the following steps of: combining a plurality of rectangular drilling machines to form a rectangular structure corresponding to the size of a rectangular pile hole; a slag body treatment mechanism, a multifunctional drilling assembly and a vertical drilling device are arranged on each drilling machine; vertical drilling devices on all the drilling machines are controlled to vertically drill the stratum downwards to form a free section; a multifunctional drilling assembly on a drilling machine arranged close to the haunching hole and horizontal cantilever pile hole excavation part is started to drill and excavate the stratum so as to form the haunching hole; a horizontal hydraulic cylinder on a drilling machine arranged close to the haunching hole and the horizontal cantilever pile hole excavation part is controlled to drive a multifunctional drilling device to horizontally move outwards to drill and excavate the stratum so as to form a horizontal cantilever pile hole; and the vertical drilling devices on all the drilling machines are continuously controlled to vertically drill the stratum downwards to form the built-in section. The rectangular anti-slide pile drilling machine has the advantages that according to different sizes of rectangular pile holes, a corresponding number of rectangular drilling machines forming a rectangular structure are arranged on the rectangular anti-slide pile drilling machine so as to drill and dig the rectangular pile holes.
