A silicon steam tail gas purification cavity communicated with the airflow guide channel is formed in the center of the supporting seat, a gas sieve plate is arranged in the silicon steam tail gas purification cavity in a crossing manner, the upper part of the gas sieve plate is filled with a porous soft carbon felt layer, a gas collecting hood is arranged below the gas sieve plate, and the gas collecting hood is connected with a tail gas pipe.
