According to the treatment agent, a mixture of waste plastics and asphalt is used, after the porous steel slag is strengthened, the asphalt wrapping the surface of the porous steel slag has excellent high-temperature deformation resistance and low-temperature crack resistance, and the pavement performance can be improved after concrete is added; the treating agent is wide in source and low in price, and has good affinity with asphalt.
