The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses renewable high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the renewable high-strength concrete comprises the following steps: step 1, pretreating recycled aggregate, specifically comprising the following steps: step 1-1, mixing magnet powder and water to form a pretreatment solution; step 1-2, immersing the recycled aggregate with the pretreatment liquid; step 1-3, pressurizing; step 1-4, immersing the recycled aggregate in the gap filling liquid; and step 1-5, pressurizing and applying a magnetic field to obtain the regenerated filling aggregate. The gap filling liquid consists of the following components: liquid sodium silicate; magnet powder; a water-absorbent resin powder; hollow glass beads; white carbon black; diatomite; step 2, preparing a concrete mixture; and step 3, curing and forming. The strength performance of the concrete prepared by the invention is not easily influenced by the recycled aggregate.
