The nano-SiO2-enhanced self-repairing microcapsule for the micro-cracks of the asphalt pavement, provided by the invention, comprises a capsule wall and a capsule core, the capsule wall is prepared from a cross-linking curing material formed by doping nano SiO2 with melamine-urea-formaldehyde; the mixing amount of the nano SiO2 is 1-8% of the mass of the capsule wall; the capsule core is a compound regenerant; the compound regenerant is obtained by compounding low-quality vegetable oil and aromatic oil. The obtained self-repairing microcapsule is high in capsule core content, good in thermal stability and mechanical property and capable of effectively repairing pavement micro-cracks.
本发明提供了一种纳米SiO2增强的沥青路面微裂缝自修复微胶囊及其制备方法,属于沥青路面修复材料技术领域。本发明提供的纳米SiO2增强的沥青路面微裂缝自修复微胶囊包括囊壁和囊芯;所述囊壁由纳米SiO2掺杂三聚氰胺‑尿素‑甲醛所形成的交联固化材料制备得到;所述纳米SiO2掺量为囊壁质量的1~8%;所述囊芯为复配再生剂;所述复配再生剂由低品质植物油和芳香油复配得到。所得自修复微胶囊囊芯含量高,具有较好的热稳定性和力学性能,能够有效修复路面微裂缝。
