Environment-friendly method for repairing oyster reef body through 3D printing
The invention discloses an environment-friendly method for repairing an oyster reef body through 3D printing. The method comprises the following steps that (1) materials such as a pore forming agent, silicate, dredged mud and an adhesive are pretreated; (2) uniformly mixing the pretreated materials according to a certain proportion to prepare a pre-printing material; (3) adding the pre-printed material into a 3D printer of an argillaceous material to prepare a wet reef body; (4) aging the wet reef body at normal temperature; and (5) drying and roasting. The method is characterized in that waste materials such as the dredged mud, the waste glass, the spartina alterniflora and the corn straw are reasonably utilized to prepare the green and environment-friendly reef body, and the ecological balance mainly based on the oyster reef is helped to be restored. According to the method, the used materials are wide in source, simple in variety and low in price, operability is achieved, the price is low, the problem of solid waste emission is solved to a certain degree, and a new thought is provided for improving the oyster reef ecological environment.
本发明公开了一种环境友好的3D打印修复牡蛎礁礁体方法,包括如下步骤:(1)对造孔剂、硅酸盐、疏浚泥、粘合剂等材料进行预处理;(2)按照一定的比例均匀混合预处理材料制备成预打印材料;(3)将预打印材料加入泥质材料的3D打印机中制备湿质礁体;(4)湿质礁体的常温陈腐;(5)干燥和焙烧。本发明的创新之处是,合理的利用疏浚泥、废玻璃、互花米草、玉米秸秆等废弃材料制备出一种绿色环保的礁体,帮助修复以牡蛎礁为主的生态平衡。本发明使用的材料来源广泛、种类简单、价格低廉、具有可操作性价格低廉,并且一定程度的减轻了固体废物的排放问题,为改善牡蛎礁生态环境提供了一种新思路。
