The liquid caustic soda is a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the molar mass fraction of 32%, and a grafting reaction is adopted to enable a molecular main chain of the water reducing agent to have a large number of active groups, so that the slump of the water reducing agent is reduced, the water reducing agent has high water reducing rate and compressive strength, the workability of the water reducing agent with concrete is higher, and the workability of the water reducing agent with concrete is better.
