The invention discloses a method and equipment for adjusting the rail surface elevation of a railway turnout in real time, and solves the problem of how to adjust the rail surface height in time after a turnout structure generates vertical displacement due to foundation settlement without influencing the normal running of an on-rail train. The method comprises the steps that changes of rail surface elevations of different positions of a turnout are monitored; calculating rail surface elevation adjustment values at different positions of the turnout according to the rail surface elevation real-time monitoring data, and transmitting the rail surface elevation adjustment values to the jacking devices at the corresponding positions; and after receiving the corresponding rail surface elevation adjustment value, each jacking device is automatically started and performs rail surface height adjustment, so that the rail surface elevation reaches a preset rail surface standard elevation value.
本发明公开了一种铁路道岔轨面标高实时调整方法及设备,解决了如何在道岔结构因地基沉降产生竖向位移后及时调整轨面高度而不影响在轨列车的正常行驶的问题。所述方法包括:监测道岔不同位置轨面标高的变化;根据轨面标高实时监测数据计算出道岔不同位置轨面标高调整值,并将轨面标高调整值传入对应位置处的顶升装置;各顶升装置接收到对应的轨面标高调整值后,自动启动并进行轨面高度调整,使得轨面标高达到预设的轨面标准标高值。
