The invention relates to a pressure dispersing type anchor cable and a construction method thereof.The anchor cable comprises an anchor cable sleeve plate, a tension adjusting plate, a traction steel strand, an adjusting sleeve, an adjusting ring and a tension adjusting mechanism, the upper end face of the adjusting sleeve is connected with the tension adjusting mechanism, the lower end face of the adjusting sleeve is connected with the anchor cable sleeve plate, the upper half portion of the traction steel strand is embedded in the adjusting sleeve, and the lower end face of the traction steel strand is connected with the adjusting ring; and the tension adjusting plates are coated outside the tension adjusting plates and are distributed along the axial direction of the traction steel strand. The construction method comprises the five steps of anchor hole presetting, anchor cable assembling, grouting operation, pressure preliminary adjustment and stress state synchronous adjustment. The device structure can be flexibly adjusted, so that the requirements of fixing operation of different anchor rods and anchor holes are effectively met, meanwhile, in the operation process, the device has good pressure adjusting and dispersing capacity, the mechanical property of the anchor cable is effectively improved, the stress state distribution uniformity of the anchor cable is improved, and meanwhile the positioning and anchoring stability of the anchor cable is met. In addition, the elastic deformation capacity of the anchor cable can be effectively improved.
